2. Product Personalization & File Uploads

When ordering customized products (including custom text, names, and uploaded PDF/artwork files):

  • Customer Responsibility: You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of the text, spelling, Arabic calligraphy choices, and files provided at the time of order placement. IRTH is not responsible for typos or design errors provided by the customer.
  • Content Ownership & Rights: By uploading custom designs or artwork, you warrant that you own the rights to the content or have full authorization to use it. You agree not to upload any material that infringes on third-party intellectual property, copyrights, trademarks, or contains unlawful, abusive, or obscene material.
  • Production Discrepancies: Slight variations in color, wood grain texture on tumbler sleeves, and minor engraving placement differences may occur due to the natural materials and manufacturing processes.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices listed on the website are displayed in AED (UAE Dirham) unless otherwise specified.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
  • We accept secure online payment methods. Full payment must be received before an order goes into production or shipment.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates and may vary based on customization requirements and courier service schedules within the UAE and GCC.
  • IRTH is not liable for shipping delays caused by incorrect delivery address details provided by the customer or customs clearance procedures.

5. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

  • Custom-engraved products are final sale and non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or error on our part.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including but not limited to the IRTH logo, text, graphics, photography, brand aesthetic, and software—is the exclusive property of IRTH and protected by intellectual property laws in the United Arab Emirates and internationally.
