At IRTH, every product is carefully crafted and personalized with precision. Because our products are custom-engraved to your specifications, please review our refund and return terms below before placing an order.
1. Custom & Personalized Items (Final Sale)
Due to the personalized nature of our products (custom names, text, and uploaded artwork/PDF designs), all custom orders are final and non-refundable.
We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a custom order has gone into production, except in cases where:
- The item arrived damaged or defective.
- The engraving does not match the text/design submitted with your order.
- An incorrect item or color variant was sent by mistake.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged during transit, defective, or with an error in customization made on our part:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
- Send an email to officialirth@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +971 50 990 1280.
- Include your Order Number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos/videos showing the damaged or incorrect product and packaging.
Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
3. Order Cancellations & Changes
If you need to change your customization details (such as the name or PDF design) or cancel your order, you must contact us within 2 hours of placing the order. Once processing or engraving has begun, no changes or cancellations can be made.
4. Non-Customizable / Standard Items
If you purchase a non-customized product and wish to return it:
- Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error.
5. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, or your claim for a damaged item is approved, your refund will be processed. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your card issuer or bank.
